Four CrayonsAs an artist I work with many different materials. One of the materials I work with are crayons. They leave a strong solid color. They can form a resist to keep paint from flowing into an area one does not want it to flow. When I saw these on a child's toy I decided that they would make a good addition to one of my tapestries. I really enjoyed making this piece because it shows part of something I enjoy doing. It also reminds me as a kid when one was the most creative. I hope you enjoy this piece.
